Dear Postar Community Members：

Since inception, Postar, the world's first public chain eco-transaction platform, has been always adhering to the concept of “Serving global digital assets enthusiasts, empowering blockchain values ”. We never stop to enhance the underlying technical building and ecosystem construction. Thanks to Postar supporters, we have made great strides in the past few months. Project progress is presented in our monthly report.

There is an old Chinese saying goes: “Never forget why you started, and you can accomplish your mission.” The year of 2018 is full of joys and sorrows, ups and downs. 2018 marks the milestone of Bitcoin for ten years and also witnesses an unprecedented bear market for cryptocurrencies. The advancement of blockchain industry is the necessary result of history development. This process will be inevitably painful, but rational regulations and blockchain ecosystem with business model and landing application cases which is integrated with real economy will be born in the end. We deeply believe that all accumulations is for growth, and all pains is for rebirth.

Finally, on behalf of all members of Postar team, please allow me to wish you a happy and prosperous new year! Postar will be with you in 2019!

“狗年已展千重锦，猪岁再登百步楼。”Postar自立项以来，团队成员即恪守以“服务全球数字资产爱好者，为区块链价值赋能”之本分，并不断完善底层架构及生态基础。在广大社区成员支持下，目前项目进展成果显著，我们具体的工作推进情况也会按时定期向社区进行汇报。

“不忘初心，方得始终”是一个俗套的话题，这个话题见证了2018太多的悲欢离合，无论称之为比特币十年的里程碑，还是加密资产市场的大寒冬，它都已过去，且不会重新来过。区块链的发展是历史车轮前进的必然结果，更是一个脱虚向实的过程。这个过程难免会面临阵痛，但最终催生的一定是配套精确监管政策的合理化监管、与实体经济结合，有商业模式及落地应用场景支持的区块链落地集成生态群。我们有理由坚信，所有的沉淀都是为了成长，所有的阵痛都是为了重生。
