Grace Guo是Dunya Labs的副总裁，Dunya Labs是一家位于班加罗尔的区块链工作室，专注于构建基础设施服务和公链树立工具。 Dunya Labs去年8月在Grace目前居住的地方，班加罗尔开设了第一家办事处。

BCAC is a BOS core governance community initiated by BOS Pacific.

BCAC doesn't have the arbitration function, doesn't participate in the governance implementation, only conducts the training and education of BOS governance, it is aiming to converge the BOS community consensus.

//Introduction of Grace//

Grace Guo is a VP at Dunya Labs, a Bangalore-based blockchain studio focused on building infrastructure services and tools for public blockchain adoption. Dunya Labs opened its first office in Bangalore in August of last year, which is where Grace currently resides. 

She previously worked at Goldman Sachs in New York as a financial analyst. She holds an M.S. degree in Accounting, B.S. degrees in Accounting and Finance, and minors in Anthropology, International Business, and International Studies from the Pennsylvania State University. She is a CPA and has earned Level 1 of the CFA.

In her free time, Grace is an avid photographer and continues to explore other avenues in creative expression.

Dunya Labs is a blockchain studio based in Bangalore, India. We are focused on building infrastructure services and tools for public blockchain adoption. We decided to build our first tool for EOS, which will be released soon. This is how we first began to know about BOS too.

Host：could you tell me why Dunya Labs participated in the BOS node election?

Grace：Absolutely. We think BOS is a chain with great optimizations, especially with regards to user adoption. We're very passionate about finding ways to help bring blockchain to mass adoption, and that means making it as easy as possible for people and users to interact with blockchain. We saw great potential for this after reading the BOS whitepaper and interacting with others in the BOS community, so we decided to participate in the BOS node election.

Host：what will Dunya Labs plan to do in the future?or which aspect of development?

Grace:We are planning on building developer tools and an international community for BOS. Given our technical background and our experience building a tool for EOS, we are excited to leverage this knowledge for building developer tools on BOS. We also have a very international team - our company and team is based in India, but we also have team members who spent most of their lives in the US & Singapore, and a few years in the UK and China. We have a broad reach, and are excited to spread the word here in India, and beyond.

Host： This tool is really cool, I believe he can bring more convenience to developers.Has it finished or is making it?

Grace：The tool is in beta for EOS at the moment! We're working with a few partners/customers and will be officially announcing our launch in the coming weeks :)

Host：What contribution do you intend to make to the BOS ecosystem?

Grace：Going off of the previous answer, we will be building developer tools for BOS. The tool we have built for EOS is alleviates resource management for developers - so this can be one of the first thing we build for BOS too. In terms of community, we can host meetups here in the Indian community in cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai. We can also build awareness in communities outside India where we have presence.

Host： Can you talk about your expectations for BOS?

Grace  ： We think more user-facing content explaining what BOS is and how it adds value for the community would be super helpful for the growth of BOS. The more that potential users can relate to the chain or understand the competitive advantages, the more activity it will drive.

What is BCAC

BACA Vision

BCAC hopes that it could continue to build and improve the BOS governance community, attract the global blockchain technology and governance enthusiasts to comprehen and participate in BOS, build a rich and diverse governance communication community for BOS, and gradually transition BOS to community-based governance and expand continuously. The main purpose and functions of BCAC

1. Organize the discussions about the problems of BOS in community governance
