Google DeepMind 推出 DeepMind Institute

火星财经消息，Google DeepMind 联合创始人兼首席 AGI 科学家 Shane Legg、研究、实验室、技术与社会总裁 James Manyika，以及诺贝尔奖得主、Google DeepMind 联合创始人兼董事长、Alphabet 首席科学家 Demis Hassabis 宣布推出 DeepMind Institute。三人表示：当今人工智能系统已具备显著能力，快速的创新表明人类正在接近 AGI，迫切需要跨学科思考，以更好理解其对人类的深远影响。DeepMind Institute 旨在推动跨学科研究、合作与讨论，以回应 AGI 时代最关键的技术与社会问题，并作为面向 Google DeepMind、Google 及更广泛全球研究社区的研究者与思考者平台，用于开展并发布关于 AGI 世界的创意与深入见解。该机构由 Shane Legg、James Manyika 和 Demis Hassabis 担任主任，Shane Legg 兼任执行主编。
